Well its been an eventful year , with plenty of events a lot that have been done year in year out an there been a couple new ones too , like the Dic Penderyn event that was held in Aberafan .
Look out in 2012 when we need to continue with the Wind Farm campaign plus the No to Team GB campaign also other issues that come along as they do .

More windfarms in Wales likely says UK minister

More windfarms and pylons may be built in Wales in the national interest, says UK Energy Minister Charles Hendry.

It could mean the pylons being sited against the wishes of local people, he said.

He was speaking as campaigners opposed to turbines in mid Wales protested to the Senedd.

An energy company is preparing to put forward proposals for five wind turbines at Mynydd Brombil, overlooking Port Talbot.
The general local feeling about these new Windfarms that are planned , is they are not welcome .Each turbine would have a maximum tip height of 126.5 metres .The area is mining territory and the foundations for the turbines are so deep it could cause a landslide.

Britain's richest energy companies want homeowners to subsidise billions of pounds worth of gas-powered stations that will stand idle for most of the time.
Talks have taken place between the Government, Centrica, owner of British Gas, and other energy companies on incentives to build the power stations needed as back-ups for the wind farms now being built around the country.
It is understood 17 gas-fired plants worth about £10 billion will be needed by 2020.
